2 Position Switch Setting of RC8X
Here is RadioLink RC8X. RC8X has 2 position switches and 3 position switches. For 3 position switch setting, you can refer to the tutorial on the description. (RC8X 3 position switch setting tutorial: )
Today I’m going to introduce the 2 Position Switch Setting of RC8X.
The two position switches can be assigned to control one channel or one function.
Let’s check the channel setting first. Enter Basic menu–Channel setting. We can assign the switches for each channel here. We can see PS1, 2, 4, 5 are used to control channel 4 to channel 7 by default.
Enter Basic menu–Switch select. We can set the switch PS1 to PS5, steering switch and trigger switch.
PS1 to PS5 work as 2 position switches by default. Take PS1 as an example. PS1 controls channel 4. The type is lock. Push it once, the servo value will jump to the maximum value +100%. Push it again, the servo value will jump to the minimum value -100%.
We can also set the type to jog. Set the type of PS1 to jog.
When you are pressing PS1, the servo value of channel 4 will reach the maximum or minimum value, when you let go of the PS1, the value will go back to the initial value.
You can also set the direction of PS1. I change the direction from the NOR to REV. The movement direction of the servo has been changed.
By the way, steering and trigger are used to control channel 1 and channel 2 by default. They can also be used to control some functions. Take steering switch as an example. I assign steering switch to control engine cut. The type is lock. Turn the wheel to reach the maximum or minimum servo value, engine cut is turned on. Turn it once again, engine cut is turned off.
Set the type to jog. Turn the wheel to reach the maximum or minimum servo value, engine cut is turned on. Let go of the wheel, the engine cut is turned off.
You can set the switch type according to your needs.
So that’s all about the 2 Position Switch Setting of RC8X
